Medion To Offer Netbook

Word on the street has it that a UK superstore will be clearing shelf space for the Medion netbook that will retail for a mere £272. Known as the Medion Akoya E1210, that model will have the mandatory netbook specifications including :-

• 10″ TFT widescreen display


• Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor


• 160GB SATA hard drive


• Windows XP operating system

Chances are it will be powered by a 3-cell battery in order to keep the price down. For £272 a pop, you get quite a good deal since it is accompanied by a 3-year warranty.
